Lobster Dinner!

We went for a drive to see the Marconi National Historic Site, about one hour drive from Lousibourg....like I said we are not good tourist and we missed it. We decided to just keep driving and we found a little bay with some fishing boats, then I noticed people coming out of a little shack carrying plastic bags. We went to see what they were getting and it turned out to be LOBSTERS! We bought 2 "shank" lobsters for $7.00 each. We had them for dinner and I can tell you we both thought it was the best lobster we have ever eaten. The "shank" sells for $7.00 and the "market" sells for $31.00....Here is a photo of what we got!
