Soon we will be land owners in Yuma!

Well it has been a few weeks since my last post. We have been busy as always here in Yuma. Jean and Jill were here for a few days and we really enjoyed our time with them. Ernest has been golfing two and three times a week so he is happy. We have gone to the casinos a few times and have been to a couple Happy Hour Parties.

We are in the process of buying a place here in the Foothills, it is a lot a few blocks from where we have been renting. We were looking for a RV lot and then found this one with a "Park Model" on it. It is a one owner and in very good shape. It is only 385 square feet but seems larger and it is very bright. The owner is leaving all the furniture and some of the dishes, etc.... Today we got to go through it once again and it was a chance to take some photos of it. Here are the photos.

The lot has two RV hookups, a narrow one on the right side of the house and then a larger area on the left side of the yard. We also have a weeping tree and three small palm trees.

The kitchen is nice and has an eating area which will seat four. The curtains will be the first thing to go when we come down in the fall. The living room has a sofa that makes into a bed and there are two other chairs. It has a corner cabinet where they have a small TV. We plan on getting a small " flat screen" TV and mount it on the wall.

These next photos are of the bedroom, the wood looks different in each photo but it is all the same oak. There is lots of storage, the photos only show some of it. The bed is a queen size but we will buy a new bed when we come down in the fall.
