Last week flew by, I can not believe we have been home a month already. Last week Jen and I had lunch with Barb Newton, it was nice catching up and seeing her photos of David's wedding. On Tuesday we had the motor home windshield replaced and then on Friday we had to take it to Penticton for service. We had a doctor appointment on Wed. and it was all good news for Ernest there. My birthday was on Saturday!
Saturday morning Ernest asked if I wanted to go out for Brunch, so we went to Ricky's and then we just came back home and I did some work on my Photo Book before dinner. We had dinner at the seniors hall, a fundraiser meal put on by the KDAJC (Kelowna and District Association of Japanese Canadians). After the dinner we went to the Casino, I had won $110.00 the day before in Penticton so I put it all back into the slots in Kelowna! Ernest did not win anything at either casino. On Sunday we went to Enderby to watch our two granddaughters play RINGETTE! They both won their games, Keeli got 2 goals and Kiana scored 3 goals. Ken and Jennifer took us out for dinner on the way home, what a nice treat!
Since we were busy all last weekend we are celebrating my birthday at Marnie and Brad's home this Sunday. Brayden and Mikayla will be coming home to Brad on Sunday so we can all be together for a fun night.....maybe we will play cards or something with the kids.
Here is a photo of Meeca and Brayden, they were goofing around and I took the photo....it is not a good picture, kinda out of focus but I think it is cute......It is in my heart as you can see!
