Fort Lauderdale Florida

We had a thunderstorm this morning so I was up at 6:30! It rained off and on until 10:00. When the rain stopped we went for a drive along the ocean but could not see much because of the huge hotels built there, tomorrow we will go the opposite direction and maybe there will be more beach access areas. We ended up going through a flea market, it was huge but not the kind of merchandise we would buy. It was interesting walking through and watching the other shoppers. After the market we found a casino! I lost $20.00, Ernest never said how much he lost but he did not have cash to buy lunch so I paid. We need to find a bank and get more cash! After lunch we went to the down town area where they have a "RIVER WALK" it was nice there and I took a few photos of some of the boats there. Roy Roe you would of loved seeing them! We are going back there one day before we leave town and take the river cruise and see the sights from the water.
